We are looking for a Senior Sous Chef or Junior Head Chef to join our kitchen team.

The job role includes working as part of a team, directing the team in the Executive Chefs days off, helping with menu planning, event organising and all general day to day jobs in the kitchen environment.

This is an ideal role for someone who is looking for their first Head Chef's position.  Working under the leadership of the Executive Chef you will have the scope to learn all required to run an extremely busy pub kitchen while using local produce to produce outstanding dishes.

Salary will be dependent on experience and will be discussed with candidates at the interview stage.
