Chef De Partie

A capable and enthusiastic Chef De Partie is sought to join our team.  You will:

- Be able to cook to high a standard with fresh food
- Have experience in similar establishments 
- Have a well presented appearance and excellent communication skills 
- Be organized and calm under pressure
- Prepare food for service 
- Ensure all areas are kept clean and maintain standards

Competitive salary, Rota - 5 days our 7, slip shifts with some straights possible

28 days annual holiday.

Sous Chef

We are currently seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong organisational and management skills and be able to work with the rest of team including the Head Chef to achieve our goals and to maintain an excellent culinary reputation in the area.

  • You must be a good communicator, self motivated, and importantly a team player.
  • Able to maintain good relations with regional suppliers.
  • Able to manage ordering and stock control systems
  • Understand food profit margins
  • Be able to lead and motivate a team
  • Be proficient in Health, Hygiene & Safety Regulations and Systems

This position would suit a chef who has been working in a fresh food environment that required speed and the ability to work well under pressure. Candidates must be enthusiastic, motivated and ambitious foodies with good kitchen knowledge and skills.

Salary negotiable

Rota 5 days out of 7/split shifts

28 days annual holiday.

Due to the rural location applicants must have their own transport. Live out position.                                            You must be eligible to live and work in the U.K.

Bar & Waiting Staff

We would always like to hear from people interested in bar & waiting positions.  We have a  combined role both waiting on tables and serving at the bar.  You will need to be able to deliver excellent customer service, have good communication skills and be able to work as part of a team.  Must be flexible and willing to go the extra mile. Previous experience would be preferred but is not essential.  

Must be 18 or over due to the sale of alcohol. Must have own transport due to location and working hours.
